The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering our client, a leading tech MNC
We are looking for a Project Manager
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project or program management experience.
Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment (ideally in Sales Enablement, Talent Development, or Sales Operations).
Strong experience with risk & issue management, stakeholder coordination, and driving accountability without direct authority.
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana preferred).
Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
PMP or equivalent certification is highly desired.
Background in Sales Onboarding, Early-in-Career / New Hire programs, or Sales Enablement is a plus.
Experience supporting large-scale talent development initiatives in a global technology company is a plus.
Familiarity with hybrid delivery models and tools for learner experience (LXPS, MindTickle, etc. is a plus).

Job Description

Drive execution of the APJC Early-in-Career (EIC) cohort (planning, stakeholder coordination, logistics, risk management, and delivery).
Ensure high-quality, consistent participant experience that aligns with global program standards while addressing regional nuances.
Track cohort-specific milestones, risks, issues, and KPIs; provide regular status updates to the Global PgM.
Partner closely with Recruiting, P&C, Regional Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Logistics teams in the Americas.
Support program governance (decision logs, action items, communication plans, and stakeholder management).
Help evolve the program toward AI-era readiness through operational improvements and automation opportunities.
