Teamware Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT projects from initiation to closure. You'll be instrumental in overseeing project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, driving successful outcomes for our clients and internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, adhering to established methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing detailed project plans and schedules.
- Manage project budgets, resources (people, tools), and risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular status updates and reports.
- Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet client requirements and organizational standards.
- Identify and resolve project issues and impediments promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, motivating team members and managing performance.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading IT projects.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and team motivation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a project context.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure concepts.
Preferred Skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
- Experience with client-facing project delivery in a consulting or IT services environment.
- Knowledge of financial management principles related to projects.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes (e.g., ITIL).
