Role Summary

Responsible for managing multiple SAP programs, driving delivery governance, mentoring Project Managers, and ensuring portfolio-level delivery excellence and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects

·Drive program governance, delivery planning, and execution strategy

·Own delivery portfolio including scope, schedule, quality, and financial performance

·Lead cross-functional teams and mentor Project Managers and Workstream Leads

·Establish program governance and executive stakeholder engagement

·Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations across projects

·Oversee resource planning and utilization across multiple engagements

·Drive delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and process improvements

·Own portfolio financials including revenue, margin, and forecasting

·Drive customer relationship management and stakeholder alignment

· Support presales, solutioning, and delivery planning initiatives
