We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale digital platforms within the automotive domain. This pivotal role focuses on Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) and engineering lifecycle ecosystems, requiring a blend of technical expertise and project leadership to drive innovation and efficiency.

Job Description:
1. Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-scale digital platforms within the automotive domain, focusing on Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) and engineering lifecycle ecosystems.
2. Define and evolve the end-to-end platform architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, scalability requirements, and industry standards.
3. Design, implement, and optimize robust DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless, efficient, automated, and secure software delivery across the development lifecycle.
4. Develop and execute the integration strategy across multiple complex enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability, particularly with ALM/PLM integration frameworks.
5. Provide expert architectural guidance and technical leadership for cloud platforms (AWS/OCI), Microservices architecture, and advanced Integration Architecture patterns.
6. Drive the adoption of best practices in Enterprise Architecture and DevSecOps to enhance platform reliability, performance, and maintainability.
7. Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, product owners, and external stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
8. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, overseeing the full project lifecycle from conception to successful deployment and post-implementation support.
9. Mentor and guide technical teams on architectural principles, design patterns, and implementation strategies to foster technical excellence.
10. Conduct continuous research and evaluation of emerging technologies and industry trends in automotive digital platforms and cloud solutions to inform strategic decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Solution Architect with 8-10 years in enterprise software development.
Deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Strong proficiency with Cloud platforms such as AWS and OCI.
Extensive experience with Microservices architecture and Integration Architecture.
Solid understanding of the automotive domain, Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), and engineering lifecycle ecosystems.
Familiarity with ALM/PLM integration frameworks and enterprise system interoperability.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to define technical strategies and drive their execution in a complex environment.
