Skill: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Experience: 8+

Location: Mumbai, PAN India

8+ years of experience in SAP Project Management

• Proven experience managing S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects

• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Waterfall frameworks

Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation → Go-Live)

• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource management

• Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies

• Exposure to SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)

• Experience in budget management and cost control

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery

Define and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones

Ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy

Manage project governance, reporting, and status tracking

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies

Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams

Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans

Oversee budget, resource allocation, and financial tracking

Ensure adherence to SAP methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)

Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT) and quality assurance

Lead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support

Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Manage vendor and partner relationships

Ensure successful change management and user adoption
