Project Manager

Key Deliverables:

1. Oversee end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding and custom SaaS projects within defined scope and timeline.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful platform implementation and API integration.
3. Track, report, and manage project milestones, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Ensure thorough documentation and client support during UAT and post-go-live stages.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Define project scope, technical feasibility, and resource allocation by collaborating with all stakeholders.
2. Provide platform demos and hands-on assistance to clients for API and panel usage.
3. Maintain detailed project plans, track delivery status, and escalate issues proactively.
4. Support developers, manage project documentation, and keep leadership informed of progress.
