Who are we looking for

Designation : Project Manager
Experience Range : 5+ years

What is the work

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for international clients on assigned projects
• Manage day-to-day client communication through emails, calls, and regular status updates
• Handle and resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and delivery
• Track project progress, monitor milestones, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and take swift corrective actions
• Ensure clear documentation and reporting of project status and deliverables

What skills and experience are we looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT software development company
• Proven experience managing teams of developers and cross-functional teams
• Strong experience in client communication and stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience dealing with international clients
• Demonstrated ability to handle project escalations and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Preferred : Project management certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High level of accountability and ownership
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
