Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project & Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end execution of procurement-related projects. The role involves driving delivery excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful client outcomes through strong governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

  • Lead full project lifecycle from planning to execution and closure.
  • Define scope, timelines, resources, and ensure on-time, in-scope, and in-budget delivery.
  • Establish delivery frameworks, governance standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and performance reports to leadership.
  • Ensure strong client satisfaction and smooth project execution.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and guide project and delivery teams.
  • Drive accountability, performance, and collaboration within teams.
  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization.

Business & Procurement Alignment

  • Understand procurement processes and client requirements.
  • Improve delivery efficiency and support process transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution discussions and demos.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in end-to-end project and delivery management.
  • Strong experience in procurement, supply chain, or e-commerce domain.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Excellent team leadership, resource management, and delivery governance experience.
  • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in process improvement and delivery optimization.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
