Project Manager - Strategic Programs & Transformation
Gurugram, India - Onsite
AI-enabled program delivery across Telecom, Vendor management and business operations
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities: -
Program Planning & Delivery:
• Manage assigned strategic projects from initiation through execution, adoption, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Coordinate workstreams across Vendor Management, Product, Technology, Finance, Billing, Revenue Operations, Procurement, and Operations.
• Drive follow-through, remove execution blockers, and escalate material risks with clear options and recommendations.
Governance & Leadership Visibility
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, governance calendars, and outcome-focused status reporting.
• Prepare concise executive updates, decision papers, presentations, and meeting materials for leadership reviews.
• Facilitate program forums, document decisions, assign ownership, and track actions through closure.
• Ensure reporting reflects achieved outcomes, current risks, next milestones, and support required. Transformation, Analytics & Adoption
• Support initiatives involving AI, automation, workflow modernization, analytics, and process improvement.
• Analyze business processes and operational data to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate business requirements, user readiness, testing, adoption, and change activities with relevant teams.
• Measure delivery outcomes and capture lessons learned to improve future execution.
Required Qualifications: -
• 6-8 years of experience in project management, program delivery, business transformation, telecom operations, vendor management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams.
• Strong capability in project planning, risk and issue management, governance, executive reporting, and action closure.
• Ability to convert ambiguous priorities into structured plans, measurable milestones, and clear ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidence presenting concise updates to leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of project delivery methods and tools
Certification is valued but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in telecom, technology, enterprise services, vendor ecosystems, revenue operations, or commercial operations.
• Exposure to digital transformation, workflow automation, business intelligence, data platforms, or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Experience supporting change management, user adoption, process redesign, or benefits realization.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent practical delivery experience.
AI Adaptability & Digital Mindset:-
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled productivity tools, analytics, automation, and digital platforms to improve delivery, reporting, and decision-making.
• Ability to identify practical AI or automation use cases, translate business needs into clear requirements, and partner with technology teams through implementation.
• Curiosity and learning agility to evaluate emerging capabilities, test new ways of working, and support responsible adoption without requiring deep coding expertise.
• Exposure to one or more of the following is preferred: Generative AI, workflow automation, intelligent reporting, predictive analytics, process mining, or anomaly detection.
