Job Details:

• For the below open RR, we will need a Functional Project Manager - about 10-14 years experience. The person must have worked on successful delivery of web applications using multiple technologies (React front-end, FAST API as backed, NOSQL vector Db, AWS Cloud Infra for deployment,).
• Must have handled a team of 25-30.
• Must have good experience of working in Agile-Scrum, though at the same time tracking the larger goals of the project.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and customer facing skills.
• Must be able to have regular conversations with customers regarding project status and changing goals.
• Must be well-versed in Change management and communication of change to the customer
• Must be an experienced Scrum Master managing JIRA board, Dashboards and detailed sprint reporting. Sprint planning, execution, sprint risk management, Scrum ceremonies.
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Ability to manage multiple techno functional teams and varied profile team members
• Guiding the team on self - organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
• Experience in budgeting, invoicing is required.
