Job Description

Vantage Steel Structures is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage steel structure and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects from planning through execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage steel structure and PEB projects to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and site activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in steel structures, PEB, or industrial construction.
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and resource management.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
