Job Description

Lead project engineering management for RTQ & DFTO packages, covering static, rotary, piping, structural, and multi-disciplinary outputs.
Review and approve technical deliverables, including Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), ensuring alignment with project objectives and compliance standards.
Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, implementing effective change management processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring professional conduct and alignment with end-customer expectations.
Apply expertise in combustion products (RTO/DFTO) to guide technical decisions and optimize project outcomes.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to project teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, cost center accountability, and timely reporting to management.
