Project Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Jamnagar and Delhi. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of security and risk management projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and achieved. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to plan resources, manage schedules, and align project activities with operational and security objectives. The Project Manager will monitor project risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing status reports, tracking milestones, facilitating reviews and inspections, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement in project execution and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, verify compliance with security and operational standards, and document findings.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, scheduling, and movement of personnel and equipment across project sites.
• Relevant experience in security, risk management, defense, or critical infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and structured documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, security studies, or a related field; professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
