Job Title: Senior/ Project Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/ Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex IT initiatives, including mobile and web application projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with strategic business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement to optimize project execution and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT project management, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and PMI standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee project risks, dependencies, and critical milestones, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance, track key deliverables, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct project meetings, facilitate effective communication, and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and remote teams across different time zones to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, including training, documentation, and communication plans.
- Ensure high-quality project deliverables that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Drive continuous process improvement, leveraging industry trends and best practices to optimize project execution.
- Utilize deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure seamless project delivery.

- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
