Job Title: Senior/ Project Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/ Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex IT initiatives, including mobile and web application projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with strategic business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement to optimize project execution and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT project management, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and PMI standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee project risks, dependencies, and critical milestones, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance, track key deliverables, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct project meetings, facilitate effective communication, and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and remote teams across different time zones to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, including training, documentation, and communication plans.
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous process improvement, leveraging industry trends and best practices to optimize project execution.
• Utilize deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure seamless project delivery.

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive solutions in high-pressure environments.
• Outstanding communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional and remote teams across different time zones.
