Role & Responsibilities
- Lead on-site delivery of solar PV projects from mobilisation through commissioning and handover, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality and safety standards.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, manage the critical path, and coordinate trades to meet milestone commitments using industry-standard scheduling tools.
- Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendorsoversee procurement coordination, contract compliance, change orders and vendor performance to deliver quality installations.
- Control project costs: prepare forecasts, track expenditures, manage variations, and implement corrective actions to protect project margins.
- Ensure compliance with grid interconnection requirements, statutory permits, technical standards (PV testing, electrical inspections) and HSE protocols; lead commissioning tests and performance validation.
- Provide structured stakeholder reporting (progress dashboards, risk registers, mitigation plans), lead site meetings and resolve technical or construction issues promptly.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience with utility-scale solar projects and BESS integration
