Position Overview

The Sr Project Manager (SPM) will oversee end-to-end project delivery for corporate interior projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, safety adherence, and financial performance. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in MEP and C&I works, and proficiency in project planning, resource management, and project controls. The AGM will collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of corporate interior projects from inception to handover.

Develop detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and track progress against milestones.

Coordinate site execution activities across civil, interior, MEP, and C&I disciplines.

Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards.

2. P&L and Financial Management

Own project P&L and ensure cost-efficient execution.

Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flows, and forecasts.

Evaluate commercial risks and implement cost-control measures.

Support billing, certification, and timely revenue realization.

3. Safety, Compliance & Quality

Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure site compliance with statutory and company standards.

Oversee quality control processes and ensure adherence to technical specifications and design intent.

Conduct regular site audits and implement corrective actions when required.

4. Vendor, Contractor & Stakeholder Management

Manage vendors, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure performance and contract compliance.

Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams for issue resolution and project updates.

Review and approve work orders, contracts, and procurement requirements.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and mentor site teams, project engineers, and supervisors.

Conduct regular review meetings and drive accountability for project deliverables.

Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare detailed MIS reports, progress updates, and executive summaries for senior management.

Utilize Excel (Advanced) and MS Office tools for data analysis and documentation.

Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and audit documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong technical understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and C&I.

Proven experience in project execution, project planning, and P&L management.

Proficient with Microsoft Project, MS Office Suite, and Advanced Excel.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
