We are looking for: Project Manager
You'll make an impact by:
- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives within our India Hub. In this role, you will ensure successful project delivery, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive operational excellence in alignment with global objectives.
- You will be a key contributor to Siemens IT transformation journey
- Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with global standards and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and status updates.
- Resource & Budget Control: Oversee resource allocation, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain project stability.
- Strategic Planning: Facilitate structured planning sessions for leadership and project teams, ensuring clarity on objectives and deliverables.
Use your skills to move the world forward!
- Proven experience in IT project management with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned topics.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and time zones.
- Strong collaboration skills in virtual, global teams using tools like Microsoft Teams.
- German language skills Must.
- Experience working with or for German headquarters.
- A dynamic and diverse team with a collaborative spirit.
