Job Description : Job Description – (Project Manager) Job Description – Project Manager ( Minimum 5 Year and Maximum 10 years relevant experience ) Job Description (Key Accountabilities) Project Initiation:
- Coordinate resources and vendors for flawless execution.
- Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders.
- Prepare project applications and form teams. Project Planning:
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Track progress with detailed project plans.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and identify risks.
- Ensure a functional project infrastructure. Project Execution:
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure performance with appropriate tools.
- Implement control measures and decide on changes.
- Lead the project team and foster a positive atmosphere.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships. Project Monitoring and Control:
- Control project performance, schedule, costs, and resources.
- Prepare status reports and determine project status.
- Report and escalate issues as needed.
- Moderate project meetings and manage stakeholders. Project Closure:
- Provide feedback and ensure project closure.
- Transfer lessons learned and prepare final reports.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation. 3. Job Specification Experience Requirements and Skills:
- Educational background in science, PE engineering, or business administration.
- Proven working experience as a Project manager in the Product management.
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in end-to-end product development.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Conflict resolution and moderation skills.
- Leadership skills depending on the project category.
- Basic legal knowledge (especially contract law).
- Knowledge of company processes, structures, and guidelines. Formal Authorities:
- Convene meetings with the team lead and project team.
- Propose the composition of the project team.
- Demand work package results and committed resources.
- Make budget decisions within the approved budget. Key Figures and Impact:
- Degree of fulfillment of project goals (quality/schedule/costs).
- Adherence to project management standards.
