The Role
You will own end-to-end program management for one or more chip development projects, coordinating across IC design, MEMS engineering, packaging and test, foundry/fab partners, and customer-facing teams to keep programs on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive chip development programs from definition through tape-out, qualification, and mass production ramp
- Build and manage detailed program schedules, milestones, and critical path tracking across design, fab, and test workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functionally with IC design, MEMS/product engineering, packaging & test, and quality teams — including global sites
- Manage foundry and external partner relationships and timelines where applicable
- Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of program risks, technical blockers, and schedule slippage
- Act as the central point of coordination for customer qualification milestones, working closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Report program status, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership and business unit stakeholders
Required:
- 5+ years of project/program management experience in semiconductor, IC, or chip development environments
- Solid working knowledge of the chip development lifecycle (design, tape-out, fab, packaging, test, mass production)
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders across engineering and business functions
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Experience managing programs involving MEMS or sensor-related chip products
- Experience coordinating with external foundry or fab partners
- Exposure to customer qualification processes for major global OEM customers
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
