Job Description:
- We are looking for a technically strong Project Manager cum Scrum Master who can lead delivery for Agentic AI / AI-driven initiatives.
- This role is ideal for someone who can own end-to-end execution, drive Agile practices, and comfortably navigate conversations with engineering, AI, and business teams.
- You will be responsible for managing AI / Agentic AI projects from initiation to delivery, while also acting as a Scrum Master to ensure smooth sprint execution and team alignment.
- This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both delivery ownership and Agile execution excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery (scope, timelines, quality, outcomes)
- Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives
- Drive execution for AI / ML / Generative AI / Agentic AI projects
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define roadmap and backlog priorities
- Manage stakeholders and ensure clear communication across teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers
- Track progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, delivery milestones)
- Bring structure and governance to fast-paced AI-driven environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Project Management / Scrum roles
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and delivery frameworks
- Hands-on exposure to AI / ML / Generative AI / Agentic AI projects
- Ability to understand technical architectures (APIs, data pipelines, model workflows)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and global teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience working on Agentic AI / LLM-based systems
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Scrum / Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMP)
- Technical background (Engineering / Data / AI domain)
