List Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Act as Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager for one or more cross-functional teams
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlog, prioritization, and roadmap alignment
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within scope, budget, and quality standards
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and impediments
Monitor team velocity, sprint metrics, and project KPIs; prepare status reports for stakeholders
Coordinate with business, technology, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution
Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and team performance
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and organizational governance standards

Must Have Skills

Required skills :

Strong experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in Agile environments
In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred)
Hands-on experience in managing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery models
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
Proven experience in risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking
