About the role

Cloudnaut Technologies is hiring a Project Manager / Scrum Master for a client engagement supporting cloud technology delivery in the Financial Services sector.

You will manage the delivery squad's day-to-day execution, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate technical teams, and keep stakeholders informed of progress, dependencies, and risks. Working alongside the client's engagement leadership, you will help deliver agreed outcomes within scope, quality expectations, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; track delivery progress and drive continuous improvement.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate functional requirements into actionable user stories, technical tasks, and clear acceptance criteria.
Maintain Jira boards and backlog hygiene, ensuring priorities, ownership, dependencies, and delivery status are accurate.
Coordinate across development, testing, architecture, and customer teams to resolve blockers and manage dependencies.
Maintain project plans, status reports, and risk, issue, assumption, and dependency logs; escalate concerns early and follow through to closure.
Support customer governance meetings with clear updates, decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
Track delivery against the Statement of Work and work orders, identify scope changes, and support change control.
Coordinate release readiness, including testing evidence, approvals, release notes, and handover documentation.
Support teams using AI-assisted development tools while following defined review, security, cost, and compliance controls.

Required skills and experience

8+ years of technology delivery experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects involving multiple teams or workstreams.
Experience in Financial Services technology programs, such as banking, insurance, or capital markets.
Experience delivering cloud projects, with sufficient technical understanding to follow discussions on architecture, integrations, testing, and deployment.
Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools.
Experience with fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements, including scope management and change control.
Strong customer-facing communication, stakeholder coordination, and written reporting skills.
Ability to identify delivery risks proactively, manage competing priorities, and drive actions to closure.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe.
AWS certification, such as Cloud Practitioner or higher.
Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML, analytics, or data platform delivery.
Familiarity with Financial Services regulatory requirements, including data residency and applicable RBI guidelines.
Experience working in a partner or vendor delivery model alongside a lead delivery organization.
