About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented professional to drive project coordination and cross-functional collaboration across teams. This role requires strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with task management tools like Jira.
You will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring projects move efficiently across teams while maintaining clear visibility, accountability, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between Operations, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Support teams to ensure seamless execution
- Drive clear and consistent communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Organize and lead meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items to closure
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, track dependencies, and proactively escalate blockers
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by maintaining accountability across teams
- Support and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration
- Work within Agile frameworks manage stand-ups, sprint tracking, and task management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools
