With significant growth exceeding 2,000% over the past three years, Scienaptic is recognized We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager with at least 5 years of

experience to lead implementation projects from kick-off to go-live. You will be

responsible for defining implementation plan, coordinating with cross-functional

teams, and ensuring that the implementation projects are delivered within the

prescribed time.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery: Lead the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases for one or more complex projects.

Solutioning & Planning: Define implementation plan in line with the contract, define clear milestones, and detailed work breakdown structures.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership, providing regular implementation updates and managing expectations.

Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks to theimplementation plan and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies toprevent project delays.

Process Improvement: Implement and enforce project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Account Management: Act as the first point of contact for the clients, understand the requirements and help solve their queries by coordinating withthe relevant tech / product / Data Science teams

Hands-On Approach to Problem Solving: Should be capable and willing to

understand the problems first-hand and do a quick initial assessment for

better understanding of the issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in project

management or a related leadership role.

Coding experience: Experience of working with coding languages likePython

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration,Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of project managementsoftware like Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Trello.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolutionskills, with the ability to maintain composure under high-pressure situations.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and understand howindividual projects impact the company.
