12+ years of product or project development experience would be advantageous
Strong facilitation techniques
Ability to build and lead Squads in a matrix
Promotes Agile values and principles
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
Knowledge of an Agile framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), an in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles would be an advantage
Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery Squads
