Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Project Manager: SAP HANA, you will lead SAP HANA implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage SAP HANA Projects: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate and lead teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables to ensure SAP HANA solutions meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Ensure Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to SAP HANA Products: Familiarity with SAP HANA solutions, including their capabilities and applications in various business contexts.
- Project Management Methodologies: Understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, such as project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Large-Scale Implementation Experience: Experience working with large-scale SAP HANA implementation projects, including managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- IT Project Delivery: Exposure to delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, ensuring successful implementation of SAP HANA solutions.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Experience working with vendors, including contract management and relationship building to ensure successful project delivery.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- SAP HANA Product Knowledge: Exposure to SAP HANA solutions, including their capabilities and applications in various business contexts, is beneficial for this role.
- IT Project Delivery Experience: Experience working with IT projects, including delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, is advantageous.
- Vendor Management Skills: Exposure to managing vendor relationships and contracts is desirable, as it can facilitate successful project delivery.
