Job Title: Project Manager IEC & Swachh Survekshan Documentation (SBM-U)

Location: Jalandhar, Punjab

Reporting To: CEO / Authorized Officer

Salary Range: 25,000 30,000 per month

Position Overview:

The Project Manager IEC & SBM-U will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of IEC, Behavior Change Communication (BCC), Capacity Building, and Swachh Survekshan documentation activities. The role ensures 100% compliance with SBM-U guidelines and accurate, timely reporting on the Swachhatam Portal.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering SBM-Urelated project activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Audit & Gap Closure:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Environmental Science, Social Work, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in SBM-U, Solid Waste Management (SWM), IEC/BCC, or Swachh Survekshanrelated projects.
• Proven experience working with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) or Government departments.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of Swachh Bharat MissionUrban and Swachh Survekshan indicators.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage teams and deliver outputs within strict timelines.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and portal management skills.
