Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud, and custom solutions
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success criteria
Create and track project plans, sprint plans, releases, risks, and dependencies
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors
Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and manage change requests
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, Admins, Architects, QA, BA, UX) and remove blockers
Drive Agile/hybrid delivery models and monitor delivery metrics and KPIs
Ensure quality delivery, governance, documentation, go-live support, and post-production stabilization
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Overall 9+ years of experience required, out of which 510 years of project management experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
Proficiency in Agile and traditional PM methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and risks effectively
Relevant certifications Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant, PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred)
KPIs include on-time delivery, CSAT, velocity, quality, and utilization
