Project Manager - Salesforce

Currently we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager, who is good at managing clients, requirements and developers. The ideal candidate should also be ready to play a role of high level QA.

This is completely work from office role. Though off hours calls can be taken from home.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients in USA (requires frequent late night meetings)
• Manage requirements and what needs to be produced as a delivery
• Manage client expectations
• Ensure developer understands requirements
• Ask demo from developers and verify implementations at high level
• Ensure client remains engaged
• Handle multiple clients, developers and proejcts
• Manage developer leaves against client expectations

Qualifications

• MUST have at least 2 years of Salesforce project management expereince
• MBA or equivalent degree
• 5+ years of PM experience
• Any PM related certification (current)
• Proven project management experience
• Proven experience in handling US/EU/AUS based customers
