Required Core Expertise

  • Electrical Engineer (BE/BTech) by profession from a reputed institute. Additionally, PMP/CDCP certification desired.
  • Bare minimum 4 Data Center of 5 MW capacity, spearheading the end-to-end execution of Tier 4 data center infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless design, construction, I&C Experience is required.
  • Should be conversant of I&C of Advanced Modular Cooling (AMC), Precision Air Conditioning (PAC), Cold Aisle Containment, Comfort Air Conditioning (CAC), and Air-Cooled Water and Cold Chillers, CDU (Cooling Distribution Units).
  • Implementing best-in-class mission-critical facility management protocols to ensure 24/7 uptime, reliability, and energy efficiency.
  • Driving project risk management strategies, ensuring adherence to industry standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE guidelines, and ISO 9001/27001 compliance).
  • Leading cross-functional teams, vendor negotiations, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring seamless execution within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Enforcing rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, optimizing operational efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) & Lifecycle Engineering - Design, deployment, and optimization of mission-critical Tier 3 & Tier 4 data center infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and redundancy.
  • Advanced Cooling & Environmental Control - Expertise in PAC (Precision Air Conditioning), CAC (Chilled Aisle Containment), DH Chillers, TES (Thermal Energy Storage), and Liquid Cooling to enhance PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) and WUE (Water Usage Effectiveness).
  • Power Systems & Electrical Distribution - Skilled in redundant UPS systems, DG (Diesel Generators), ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches), PDU (Power Distribution Units), and SBS (Static Bypass Switches) for seamless failover and power resilience.
  • Mission-Critical Systems & Uptime Assurance - Specialized in fault- tolerant system design, predictive maintenance, real-time analytics, and risk mitigation, ensuring 99.999% uptime and Tier 4 compliance.
  • Building & Energy Management Systems (BMS & EMS) - Proficient in AI-driven predictive analytics, remote monitoring, automation, IoT, AI/ML, and edge computing for efficient facility optimization.
  • Project Planning, Execution & Commissioning - Extensive experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) methodologies, from feasibility analysis to commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time and cost-effective project completion.
  • Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance - In-depth knowledge of TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE TC 9.9, ISO 9001/27001,
    ANSI/BICSI 002, NFPA 70E, and IEEE 3001, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Power Backup & Energy Resilience - Expertise in gas & diesel generator commissioning, fuel optimization, lithium-ion & VRLA battery storage, and hybrid renewable energy solutions for uninterrupted operations.
  • Automation & AI-Based Optimization - Hands-on experience in AI- driven predictive maintenance, digital twin technology, and cloud- integrated automation for self-healing and self-optimizing data center environments.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Strong leadership in multi-vendor coordination, SLA governance, contract negotiations, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale projects.
  • Sustainable & Green Data Center Solutions - Expertise in energy-efficient designs, waste heat recovery, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, and renewable energy integration (solar, wind, fuel cells) for ESG-compliant and carbon- neutral operations.
