Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Communication

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project transparency.
• Coordinate customer meetings, proactively highlighting portfolio benefits and value-driven outcomes.
• Manage and update project information, ensuring stakeholders and purchased services are fully leveraged.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to initiate and drive project execution.

Tools & Documentation

• Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Jira to track progress, manage risks, and ensure transparency.
• Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation.
• Ensure timely updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Risk & Escalation Management

• Monitor, manage, and mitigate risks and issues proactively, adapting strategies as needed.
• Effectively manage escalations and communications to achieve positive outcomes.
• Ensure change and expectation management to maintain project momentum.
