This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Lucknow. The Project Manager will oversee project execution by managing timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, liaising with stakeholders, and addressing challenges to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will also manage logistics, perform inspections, and ensure efficient project workflows.

• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different phases of construction projects.
• Experience with Expediting and the role of an Expeditor to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Knowledge of Inspection and compliance procedures to maintain quality and standards.
• Skills in Logistics Management, including planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in standard project management tools and techniques.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree is preferred. Experience in heritage or infrastructure projects will be considered an added advantage.
