Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in website and mobile application design & development. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, working closely with designers, developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage web and mobile app development projects from kickoff to delivery
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend/backend developers, and QA teams
- Translate client requirements into clear technical and functional specifications
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them
- Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum)
- Track project progress using tools like Jira, Asana, or ClickUp
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on websites and mobile apps
- Strong understanding of:
- Website development (WordPress, Shopify, custom CMS)
- Mobile apps (iOS, Android, cross-platform like Flutter/React Native)
- Familiarity with UI/UX design processes, wireframing, and prototyping
- Knowledge of frontend & backend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases)
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage distributed/remote teams
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in digital agencies or product companies
- PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and analytics tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
