Project Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in website and mobile application design & development. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, working closely with designers, developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution and high-quality output.

• Lead and manage web and mobile app development projects from kickoff to delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend/backend developers, and QA teams
• Translate client requirements into clear technical and functional specifications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them
• Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum)
• Track project progress using tools like Jira, Asana, or ClickUp
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the lifecycle

• 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on websites and mobile apps

• Strong understanding of:
• Website development (WordPress, Shopify, custom CMS)
• Mobile apps (iOS, Android, cross-platform like Flutter/React Native)
• Familiarity with UI/UX design processes, wireframing, and prototyping
• Knowledge of frontend & backend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases)
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage distributed/remote teams

• Experience in digital agencies or product companies
• PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and analytics tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
