Project Manager - Retail Domain
We are looking for Technical Program Managers with preferably Retail domain experience and excellent reporting and stakeholder management skills.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects across diverse business and technology domains.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects using both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt the delivery approach based on business and client needs.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including:
- Scope definition and planning
- Resource planning and effort estimation
- Project scheduling and tracking
- Risk, issue, and dependency management
- Quality assurance and governance
- Post-implementation review and project closure
- Excellent reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to provide clear project status updates, metrics, and executive-level reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
