Position: Project Manager

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Experience: 2+ years in modular residential interiors projects

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Monitor project quality, safety standards, and budget compliance.
• Oversee civil, electrical, plumbing, tiling, gypsum, carpentry, painting, and finishing works.
• Plan and track material requirements and site deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure timely project handover and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualification

• 2+ years of experience in Modular Interiors Project Management.
• Strong site execution and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required.
