Project Manager at BairesDev

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage technology projects. In this role, you&aposll deliver products through skilled engineering teams. You&aposll be responsible for ensuring project success while managing team performance, client relationships, and financial objectives.

What You&aposll Do:

- Plan and monitor project results while being accountable for delivery outcomes.

- Coach, counsel, and manage team members while coordinating company systems and procedures.

- Retain staff by maintaining a reliable and communicative work environment.

- Analyze and improve billable utilization and forecast project profitability.

- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting results and analyzing variances.

- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients.

What we are looking for:

- Experience as a Project Manager.

- IT industry experience.

- Must be located in India.

- Good level of English.
