Job Description

  • Manage and oversee residential real estate projects from execution to finishing.
  • Conduct quantity surveying, RCC work, shuttering, and other construction-related tasks.
  • Implement MIVAN technology in project construction processes.
  • Coordinate site execution, construction management, and facility management activities.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Supervise site engineering and civil engineering operations.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and monitor high-rise building construction progress.
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards across all project sites.
