Project Manager -Real Estate Industry

We are seeking a Project Manager to define project scope and objectives, predict and manage resources, and prepare and track project budgets. You'll be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules, providing consistent updates to stakeholders, and managing contracts with vendors and suppliers. This role requires a professional who can utilize industry best practices, monitor progress, measure project performance, and has successfully completed at least 5 lakh sq ft of projects under their management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Definition: Determine and define project scope and objectives. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements, and track project costs to ensure adherence to the budget.
• Scheduling & Work Planning: Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders, covering strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Manage the contractor and their team, ensuring work completion as per the project timeline.
• Quality & Best Practices: Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Must have completed at least 5 lakhs sq ft of projects under their direct management.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
