Position Title:- Project Manager (Re-insurance/Finance)

Experience:- 7+ Years

Location:- Bangalore, KA (Hybrid)

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within (Re)insurance or financial services, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

• Strong experience across project planning, execution, governance and reporting, with the ability to bring structure and discipline to delivery.

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, workstreams and dependencies in a complex matrix organization.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive accountability and timely decisions without direct authority.

• Proven ability to identify and resolve delivery blockers, escalating issues with clear options and recommendations where required.

• Strong communication, facilitation and organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Life & Health (Re)insurance.

• Experience with client data or data-driven business initiatives.

• Project and change management certifications (e.g. PMP, PROSCI, Scrum)
