Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Define and manage project deliverables across the full lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Delivery & Execution Management
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery frameworks.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues clearly and consistently.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout delivery.
Agile Delivery & Coaching
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Apply Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban for project execution.
- Provide Agile coaching and promote best practices across teams.
- Track and report Agile metrics and delivery performance.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper impact analysis.
- Resolve project issues and escalate when necessary.
Resource & Vendor Management
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for efficient execution.
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Ensure alignment of vendor deliverables with project goals.
Project Governance & Documentation
- Maintain detailed project documentation including requirements, user stories, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and delivery frameworks.
- Track project metrics and generate status reports.
Estimation & Financial Management
- Manage project estimations for time, cost, and effort.
- Track budgets and ensure financial discipline in delivery.
- Support fixed-price and outcome-based delivery models.
