Job Description
Around 15 years of experience in Equipment design using Catia or SolidWorks & PDM.
Proven track record of working in R&D environment.
Experience in leading the team.
Good working experience with international teams.
The position Interfaces with: AVP, Global Project managers, DISA India & Group companies cross
functional colleagues.
Skill Sets
- Excellent in Engineering basics.
- Good in presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Catia or SolidWorks.
- Experience in working with ERP - PDM systems.
- Sound knowledge on GD&T.
- Effective communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Leading the team.
- Innovative thinking.
- Time management.
- Proficiency in English language
- Good team player.
Preferred
- Machine Design, Standardization & Modularization background.
- Exposure to Foundry, Steel works etc.
- Knowledge on ISO & CE practices preferred.
