Job Requirements
Aeroderivative packed Electrical engineering: Aviation gas turbine used for power generation. We are looking for 15+ years of experience who has plant experience handled skid packages. Must have history of working with global team and managed global projects, Handled/assisted technically a team of minimum 20+ engineers. The power output of different packages ranges from 20MW to 100MW power output.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop healthy relationships with customers.
- Drive the weekly, monthly & Quarterly meetings with customer.
- Responsible for the team deliverables (OTD & Quality (FPY))
- Critical & Crucial projects be in ground and perform the reviews of the deliverables.
- Identify the team capability gaps and work on the improvement actions.
- Make sure all the deliverables are reviewed, and the errors are captured appropriately.
- Perform RCA on the Errors identified during the technical review, work to close those gaps.
- Understand the customer requirements and onboard the right talents to deliver the project whenever required.
- Weekly connect with the SAG leader to review the team Productivity and the delivery milestones.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives.
- Develop standards and procedures enhance the checklist based on the need.
- Drive standup meeting to monitor the efficiency of the team.
Work Experience
- Managed or lead New Product Introduction / New Product Design
- Selection and Sizing of Power and Control Cables, Conduit & Cable trays
- Cable Schedule & Interconnection Schedule & Layout engineering
- Ability to drive design reviews with customer technical team and experts
- Knowledge on MV & LV Systems, Transformers, Packaged Electrical Compartments, Control Schemes, SCADA & SAS
- Knowledge on Plant engineering: Generation, Transmission & Distribution
- Knowledge about Standards, Compliance & Safety.
- Vendor management
- General arrangement, schematic diagram & wiring diagram for cubicles
- Ability to analyze technical specifications and proposals.
- He/She Should know AutoCAD & basics of Eplan.
- Good to have knowledge on NX & PLM
- Ability to develop detailed engineering design.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
