Project Manager – GO-SWIFT 2.0

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of the GO-SWIFT 2.0 revamp initiative. The role involves driving a large-scale e-Governance and ICT transformation project, ensuring alignment with national frameworks, stakeholder expectations, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery across all phases (design, procurement, implementation, stabilization)
  • Coordinate with multiple Government departments, and System Integrator (SI) of other Departments
  • Oversee As-Is assessment, system architecture design, and roadmap development
  • Establish and manage Program Management Office (PMO) governance structures
  • Monitor SI performance, milestones, and adherence to SLAs/KPIs
  • Facilitate stakeholder consultations, reviews, and decision-making forums
  • Identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure quality assurance
  • Ensure alignment with DPIIT, NSWS, and e-Governance standards

Eligibility Criteria

  • Postgraduate in Management / Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in e-Governance, ICT project management, or EoDB initiatives

Preferred Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and government interfacing experience
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation / single window systems
  • Knowledge of procurement, PMO governance, and SLA management
