Project Manager

Relevant Experience

Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in program or project management

Mandatory experience in managing large-scale skilling, workforce development, technical education, or capacity-building programs

Demonstrated experience in implementing skilling initiatives involving government institutions, training centers, universities, or skill development missions

Prior experience in establishing Centers of Excellence, digital skilling academies, or technology training programs will be highly preferred

Experience working with government stakeholders, Sector Skill Councils, academic institutions, or industry partners is desirable

->Mandatory Skilling Domain Expertise

The Program Manager must have demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:

Planning and implementation of large-scale skilling or workforce development programs

Establishment and operationalization of skill development centers, Centers of Excellence, or technical training labs

Implementation of technology skilling programs (AI, data science, IT, Industry 4.0, or emerging technologies)

Curriculum rollout, faculty enablement, and training ecosystem development

Learner lifecycle management including mobilization, training delivery, certification, and placement enablement

Coordination with government skilling missions, universities, training providers, and industry partners.
