Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitoring site activities, managing risks and issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves supervising inspections, managing logistics and expediting of materials and equipment, preparing reports and documentation, and driving continuous improvement in project processes and performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle procurement, material movement, and on-site inventory control.
- Relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in a similar on-site project management role.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are a plus.
