PROJECT MANAGER - Project Management

Large-Scale Project Orchestration: Proven experience managing multi-year technical projects with budgets exceeding $1M+ and teams of 30+ members.

Strategic Technical Oversight: High-level proficiency in managing projects involving Dynamics 365 CRM and Custom Application Development lifecycles. Should be proficient in Agile methodologies.

FinOps & Budgetary Control: Hands-on experience in financial management, including tracking burn rates, cloud cost optimization (FinOps), and resource forecasting.

Leadership of Leads: Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor senior technical staff, specifically Architects and Module Leads, ensuring alignment between high-level design and execution.

Stakeholder Diplomacy: Expert-level ability to coordinate between internal departments and external vendors, managing expectations and driving consensus.

Exceptional Communication: Mastery of verbal and written English, with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business value for executive stakeholders.

Relevant Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certifications; Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional or technical certifications.

Advanced Tooling Knowledge: Mastery of Azure DevOps, Jira, or Microsoft Project for tracking large-scale dependencies.

Conflict Resolution: A background in organizational change management to handle the people side of a massive 2-year transition.

Industry Context: Prior experience in Education technological, which may influence specific CRM or FinOps compliance requirements.
