Project Manager - Product Security

What you will do:

• Established expertise in executing Cyber Security projects like web application, embedded & IOT security
• Should have exposure in working with stakeholders (Business, Leadership, PO) across different geographies.
• Develop project pipeline in partnership with divisional/functional stakeholders.
• Create, monitor, and control project plans including scope, schedule / Burn downs / Task Lists / Resource management & risk assessments
• Experience in Project management tools and techniques. (E.g. MS Office, JIRA, Estimation techniques, Confluence, MS Visio/Draw.IO etc.).
• Prepare/Review Security Assessment Reports to support test activities. Understand and explain the assessment report to higher management with impact on business and compliance status
• Drive closure for project scope/objective, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Well verse with agile approaches like Scrum & Kanban & have proven experience in running scrum ceremonies like Daily stand up, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective and Sprint planning.

What you need:

Required

• Bachelor's in Software/Electronics Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 7-12 years of total experience
• Knowledge on Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing concepts.

Preferred

• PMP preferred.
• At least one professional certification like CEH, ECSA, ISO/IEC 27001 LA.
• Knowledge of methods, tools and techniques for estimation, risk analysis, data interpretation, root cause analysis
• Strong knowledge of software engineering lifecycle and PLM processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
