Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, stakeholder management, coordination, and delivery skills, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and escalations.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure effective resource planning and utilization.
• Drive stakeholder communication and maintain strong client/business relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed objectives, timelines, and expectations.

Required Skills

• 9–12 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Strong project management and delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates based in or willing to work from Mumbai or Pune.
• Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice will be preferred.
